I must have listened to this mix 100 times by now. I've been going through a difficult time in my life. This mix has helped me relax my mind & calm my spirit. I sometimes feel like it is the only thing that can wall off the world around me... it slows my heart-rate & my breathing... Listening to the gentle, longing, sad-but-hopeful sounds can break my heart all over again but it is the best therapy that I could hope for right now.
