Shiva is the hindu deity called the "auspicious one." He is often seen immersed in deep sitting meditation or dancing to destroy and transform ignorance and hate. We are feeling called to bring intent to this event by honoring Shiva. Awakening our hearts and cleaning out the cobwebs of our souls.

We want to have a big, beautiful altar. Please contribute and bring sacred items. Fresh flowers would be a wonderful asset! There will be a potluck at 7pm, everyone please bring a covered dish to share and the music will start at 8pm. This is also the christening of this new space and we want to offer up thanks.
